Working for the 18th hour

These days are very hard days, I've never been overloaded nor stressed like these days. I'm working for the 18th hour today, I lost count already!!
I feel that I need to focus more on my new business better than hesitated and parallelized beween different jobs.
I already planned to quit my job and be dedicated to my new business, in order to do this I've switch the department to have more time.
Hopefully the next month I would be focusing more and more
