Mobinil is driving me crazy
After using my GSM's network "Mobini" new service, "The E-Payment Service", for the first time I thought that this service was just made for me. Every time I go to pay my bill it takes me around 30 mins to park, around 45 mins waiting for my turn to pay, and 15 mins to actually pay. An hour and a half! without including traffic in Cairo to actually reach their branch.
I paid once using this service and everything was fine, the problem started with the second time. I paid using my CC and i received a confirmation mail that the transaction has been successfully completed. Two days later Mobinil pause their service with a reason of "Bill not paid"!!! I sent them the confirmation email i received after the payment. Spent 3 * hours talking to the customer service. And finally they resumed their service.
A week ago, i received a call from their "Credit Department", where they asked me to pay again cause the payment was not successful!!! After talking to my bank i confirmed that the transaction didn't happen.
So i revisited their site again and I paid the the bill again, also paid the last month's bill. And guess what? Same scenario happened again, they pause their service again. After talking to their customer service, he told me that the transaction never happened though i sent them the confirmation email i received in the second time!!!
He asked to go and pay again in one of their branches instead of paying online!!!
And cause i can't afford staying without my mobile line, i went to pay in their branch. Their system was down!!! So i had to go to another branch to pay, and after waiting for my turn. I asked their cashier how much should i pay, to find out that i have nothing to pay!!!
The transaction was successful but their customer service rep lied to me!!!
They finally resumed their service.
I'm going to buy a new line from another service provider
