Last night I joined some friends to the Sawy Culture Wheel,where they were hosting the World Press Photo Exhibition. I was really impressed by the photo below.



I knew that this is the winner of the World Press Photo competition for portraiture in 2007, where it shows the wounded marine Ty Ziegel and Renee Kline have their portrait taken before their wedding. The photo is called "Wounded Marine Returns Home to Wed" by Nina Berman.
It really touched me!

A few days ago, Iran was done with the biggest handmade carpet ever. Made specifically for Sheikh Zayed's Mosque in Abu-Dhabi, the carpet size is almost 6,000 square meter, having more 2.2 billion knot.
